So we find ourselves in March! How things move and change! 2009 may have started off a bit like a rainy day but its getting better :) The snow is long gone and everyone is shedding their winter coats to welcome the warmer weather! Although we have rain today so Im not sure that its so much warmer…
I say this EVERYTIME I blog…I know Ive been bad…abandoning everyone….I will catch up though (as usual!) I promise! I have now completed all of the endeavours mentioned on my previous blog and had a blast doing them! My national youth theatre audition was definitely an experience I had so much fun! Im pretty sure I wont get in as there were other amazing young actors there but if I dont get in this time I shall try again! I ended up doing the sponsered walk paired with my inflatable man (I got given him for my birthday! ) and we were Jack and Jill! It was great walking through town with a Jockey, a Jogger, a Jelly baby and a…Jason… (yeah…Jason was inventive with that one!) I think we raised a fair amount of money so it was all good
Of course the source of most of my excitement when I last blogged was my birthday! I am finally 18!! ! Everyone was so lovely when I came in on the 13^th… I was even surprised with a cake at break! I honestly was so close to crying with happiness! I have the most amazing friends, I love them all! They made my party amazing too :) we all got up and danced the night away I did get a bit drunk…. but the hangover was worth it! ha ha!
My most recent happiness stems from someone I have met. Well…saying that, I knew him before, but never this well… His name is Jamie we started talking intensely recently and he is just so lovely, he is sweet and kind and he just captured me… Its like one of those things that happens when you least expect it. I won’t elaborate too much but I am smiling more than I have in a while… Im happy. Truely. And even if it was fleeting I would always believe that falling for him was worth it… (lets keep positive though hey?) Fingers crossed that this is just the begininng :) …
I have to go now…I’m going to the theatre!

This is utterly ridiculous… a few inches of snow and England comes to almost a complete halt! Ive missed out of 3 days of school this week which would have been great except for the fact that I have coursework coming out of my ears! I am as big a kid as anyone and could not resist getting out there and freezing my arse off! On thursday I got chased, thrown to the ground and then buried in snow by a bunch of guys in the year below me….shame!! I also found out how amazingly unfit I am during the snow war when I was basically crawling to attack… not good! Especially when the rules are ‘when you get hit you have to return to your base waaaay over the other side of the feild!’
Currently, I am sitting and using my amazing multi-tasking skills to blog whilst doing psychology coursework—its due in on tuesday! I think I am going to be up late tonight… My english coursework is better as Im only going to have to tweak that to make it my final draft. Apparently I have potential to get full marks…
Aside from this, things are finally on the up for me. :) I have lots to keep me busy, my half term is getting booked up fast! I even have a diary now because of my break out of hermitude and the fact that for the first time I actually have a life!! On the 16^th I will be visiting Cardiff to audition for National Youth Theatre—which is like England’s theatre company…I probably wont get in but its all experience I say! On the 17^th Im going to be doing a 10 mile sponsored walk dressed up as something beginning with ‘J’ Im still not sure what to go as so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Most excitingly my 18^th birthday is next friday finally old enough to go out and get into places, to drink and to gamble! (I dont like gambling but hey ho!) I dont look 18. I still get IDed for freakin’ lotto (you have to be 16 for that) I was in the supermarket the other day attempting to use my car keys as proof I was actually 17 because I had forgotten my ID and wanted a lucky dip…really not good! I suppose I will be laughing when Im 60 and look 30 though Im having a party the week after and everyone has to dress up as duos Its going to be great! I might even put up some pictures here after to show you the great costumes!
In any case, its getting late and Im thinking I might be able to chip into the next section of psych before my bed demands my presence if I leave it here for now…
I shall blog again when I can…I might even change the layout again if I get a chance to make something new!
